Please note all our cakes contain dairy, eggs and gluten. We are not a nut-free company.

TRANSPORTING

When carrying your cake, please place both hands under the cake center. Keep the cake level at all times. DO NOT PICKUP THE CAKE BY THE SIDES. Ensure your vehicle is cool (air conditioned) especially in the summer. Make sure you have a clean clear space in your car. (passenger footwell or boot) ONCE COLLECTED ALL RESPONSIBILITY BELONGS TO THE CLIENT.

STORAGE

Buttercream cakes MUST be refrigerated. When placing a buttercream cake in the fridge please be aware that the cake is more likely to pick up any scent and flavor from strong smelling items you may have in your refrigerator. Keep your cake refrigerated where possible until you are displaying. Buttercream cakes do taste best at room temperature. (allow 2 hours if possible before eating) Keep cake away from direct sunlight, radiators, hot places. BUTTERCREAM MELTS QUICKLY IN HEAT.
